The Line Recovery Service starts automatically in case there is a damage in one or more lines.
The service combines two or more bonding connections using ADSL, HDSL or SHDSL technology.
In case of a faulty line, the service will commute automatically the Voice and Data connections on the other lines and will send a notification to the ST NOC (Network Operation Center), which will work to fix it. Once we have fixed the damage, the system will automatically reconnect the Voice and Data services on the available lines.
This service makes sure that your company is always reachable, reducing the risk of interrupting your work and enabling you to keep the same IP address, even if the main line is faulty.
